John Crossan is a specialist in manufacturing improvement at the shop floor level. His major expertise is working with groups of production and maintenance personnel as a trainer and problem solving facilitator, focusing on solving current problems with sustainable solutions. This builds skills and value for basic manufacturing processes.

John not only understands many of the reasons why good initiatives stop working, but he can show you and your company how it can be avoided.

John spent over 30 years in manufacturing with the Clorox Company and 10 years prior to that with Johnson and Johnson and the Burndy Corporation. His roles, for about the last 14 years with Clorox, were mainly focused on improving operations by fostering the installation and ongoing implementation of basic manufacturing and maintenance processes, across all of about 30 varied (traditional, self directed teams, union, non-union) plants in the US and Canada.
